China’s Zhu: ‘The essence of U.S.-China trade is mutually beneficial and win-win’
China’s Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao was on the wires earlier today, via Reuters, making optimistic comments on the US-China trade relationship.
His comments come after his Ministry announced that China will cut import tariffs on nearly 1,500 consumer products from July 1.

“China has always been clear about its stance regarding U.S.-China economic and trade relations,” when asked about the US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s upcoming visit to China.
“We always believe the essence of U.S.-China trade is mutually beneficial and win-win.”
