Mario Draghi’s speech at the ECB policy panel – Live

President Mario Draghi will speak later today at the ECB’s policy panel: ‘At the heart of policy: challenges and opportunities of central bank communication’.

The discussion panel is relevant in light of the recent extension of the bond-buying programme by the ECB at its latest meeting until at least September 2018. In addition, recent ECB-speak appeared quite hawkish, all hinting at the likeliness of further tapering, or even halting the QE programme at some point in Q3/Q4 2018.
