ECB's Visco: ECB must closely monitor situation regarding bond acquisitions

European Central Bank Governing Council member Ignazio Visco recently crossed the wires, via Reuters, saying that the ECB has to closely monitor the situation regarding the bond acquisitions. Visco further added that any policy action needed to strike a balance between speeding up the resolution of non-performing loans and preserving the financial stability.
