Persian Gulf Arab states don't support emergency OPEC meeting – Dow Jones
FXStreet (Mumbai) - Dow Jones is carrying a report, which says Persian Gulf Arab states do not support emergency OPEC meeting.
Comments from OPEC and non-OPEC members like Iran and Russia last week triggered hopes of a joint production cut.
However, the rumors/hopes were immediately squashed by the OPEC delegates who said there is no such plan in the pipeline. The Dow Jones report too should put an end to the speculation of a OPEC and non-OPEC joint production cut.
