USD/CHF slides further below 0.9600
FXStreet (Córdoba) - USD/CHF broke below 0.9600 and accelerated to the downside, reaching a fresh weekly low at 0.9538. From daily highs the pair has fallen now 170 pips.
A sharp decline of the US dollar across the board weakened significantly the pair that is about to post the second lowest daily close since late February.
USD/CHF back near 0.9480-0.9500
A month ago, on March 18, USD/CHF started a bearish correction from levels above parity and bottomed that month at 0.9485. Afterwards moved to the upside, until Monday when it failed to hold above 0.9800 and resumed the decline.
The pair dropped during four consecutive days and now is back near the 0.9480 - 0.9500 area, where March and April lows lie. Below here the pair would be trading at levels last seen February 25.
